“ Craving Korean food and this menu is extensive. We ordered the spicy rice cake with ramen that comes with the hard boiled egg, fishcake, and pork. So good. Bossom is delicious as well. We had our own large booth which was nice because we had a lot of room. Each table has a call button and we would press it when we needed something. I really like this place. ”
“ Went to one of our favorite food spots in LV. Service always good! Restaurant and tables always clean and tidy. We tried the dumpling soup, beef spicy soft tofu soup. Dumpling soup is 5 stars. Great soup, big dumplings. The beef spicy soft tofu soup was ok. I prefer pork. The jeon set is amazing. We had a bunch of leftovers. We couldn't finish the beef spicy soft tofu soup or jeon set. The dumpling soup was gone. Thank you Soyo! ”
“ Place is very good. From what I've been told it's pretty authentic Korean food. But besides what I know about Korean food I found it really tasty. Surprisingly the fried chicken was my favorite. It was delicious. The service was good, quick and prompt. And I really liked how they have individual booths on the side. Gives it a sense of privacy. Would def recommend. ”
“ An upscale, modern, and authentic Korean eatery that is now one of my favorite. We got seated immediately and there is a button where you can call the waiter if you need anything in addition to the wait staff coming around and checking in on you occasionally. We ordered the seafood soft tofu soup (5/5; strong seafood flavor so you know it's authentic!), beef rib soup (4.5/5; really good but a bit too peppery for me; it came with the pickled onion and jalapeno too), and seafood pancake (5/5; the right amount of protein to dough). However, I am knocking down a star because we got charged an extra $2 for the soup when the menu clearly states another price. We brought this attention to the waiter and they disagreed. ”
“ Had the intestine soup and was so good I ordered in twice in a row!! Big portions with discounted DD order because normally when I've had in for dine in at the rainbow location it would come out in a huge roaring pot so I was skeptical about the size but wow it was massive! While being a delivery service order, they had made sure everything was packed nicely. Only thing was maybe the banchan tray and cold drinks can be separated from the hot containers as this would make the banchan a little warm but as soon as I chilled it back up it was fine. Perilla leaves are a little better fresh on top in dine with the surrounding ambiance so coming on smoky and lit but I you can still feel it Togo ”
“ The food was 5/5, but we arrived on a weekend evening when they were very shortstaffed. I think the employees were doing their best and still very friendly and attentive, but we did have to wait a while for a table because they couldn't keep up with the rush of peak dinner time. The music is a bit loud for us to converse comfortably, especially when there were other guests literally howling and being rowdy. A small assortment of banchan but they had my favorite shoyu potato. We ordered a seafood pancake, rose rice cakes, braised beef short rib, and beef intestine stew. Everything was cooked and seasoned well. We each had our favorite dish. The pancake was crispy with lots of green onion. The rice cakes were a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, creamy. The short ribs reminded me of Japanese sukiyaki, everything was cooked down well. The beef intestine stew was loaded with meat and kept intensifying with flavor as it simmered on the table. I'll definitely be back despite the noise and wait. ”
“ Everything was flavorful. Pricing a tad on the higher side. Parking is abundant. Service was good. But it was just way too loud in here for me. It makes the other tables even louder. There was one table on this particular day we went that was just cackling nonstop with a very high pitch. My eardrums were stinging. They were slow to seat us but I won't ding them for that. There were plenty of open tables. But the staff were overwhelmed by a very large group. Everyone else had to wait. ”
“ Went to SOYO for the first time on the recommendation from a friend. We went for lunch on the holiday and was surprised that the restaurant was mostly empty. The place is very nicely decorated, and we were seated in a private seating area, basically a private booth. Throughout our meal, more and more patrons arrived. Perusing the menu, I was very surprised with the vast amount of choices, and the prices seemed pretty reasonable. Our server was awesome, just one guy taking care of the whole restaurant, and he was very pleasant and efficient, checking in on us periodically. We ordered an appetizer of sausage and rice cake skewers, kalbi soup, and an item called Bossam. Pics attached! I'm going to keep this very simple... the food was awesome! The soup was super tasty, lots of meat! The Bossam was a lot, and I must have been really hungry because I ate it all! I highly recommend SOYO and we will definitely be back to try more! ”
“ So... yo! Check this out! =P The hubz and I went in one Friday evening to end our date night week here at this restaurant. It was empty and at first I thought oh no I hope we chose well. Normally, when it's empty on a Friday night, it means the establishment is not all that great but I am so glad we gave this place a chance. It was honestly the best! Why? Well, simply because of a server named Ty (sorry if I spelt the name wrong). Throughout the whole night even when it started to become a bit busy, we noticed his infectious energy. You can tell he goes to great lengths to ensure the customer is satisfied and that we certainly were! Consistently checking on us, chatting with us, and just being one of the best servers we've ever had and we eat out a lot. So, thank you Ty for serving with so much love and enthusiasm. You need to be the trainer for all future servers. Will we be back?! Yes! And we will ask to be seated wherever Ty is. You really made an impression on us. The food was even better because of your service. Also, love the different seating arrangements they have here and the decor was great as well. There was lots of parking spots avail which is great for a Friday night. ”
